Why am I not receiving my test SMS messages?

When configuring an integration for testing in your Sandbox environment, you need to ensure that test numbers are added to your account before you will be able to send test messages. Submitting test messages to a destination other than the test phone numbers registered, will return a simulated response which emulates what the response will look like in your system.
To confirm the test numbers on your account, navigate to My Workspace –> Test Phones. All your active test phones will be displayed in the table. Note that if your test phone has an ‘Unverified’ status, you will not be able to send messages to this phone number. You can also add and remove test phones from here.
