What is the process for applying to use the WhatsApp Business API?
As a registered BSP, Clickatell assists you with the application.
Note: Clickatell has no control over the approval of your application. Applications are approved or declined at WhatsApp’s discretion. Ensure you familiarize yourself with the WhatsApp Business eligibility requirements and commerce policy before completing the application.
As part of your onboarding process with Clickatell, you’ll need to:
- Add a new account & profile
- Complete the sign-up journey in Facebook Business Manager
- Add a WhatsApp subscription
- Link you API
- View & test your integration
