What is the process for applying to use the WhatsApp Business API?

You can apply for a WhatsApp Business account from within the Clickatell Portal.

1. Log in to your Clickatell account.
2. From the My Workspace tab, click the WhatsApp tile and then + New WhatsApp Account & Profile.
3. Click the Continue with Facebook Business Login button. This starts the part of the journey that is completed within your Facebook Business environment.
4. Follow the prompts and complete the setup wizard. 
5. Once these steps are done, you are returned to the Clickatell Portal. You may have to wait a few minutes for Clickatell to retrieve your information from Facebook.
