Why am I not receiving my test WhatsApp messages?
Once you’ve configured an integration for testing in our Sandbox environment, please ensure:
- You have added the test phone numbers to your account
- Each number is WhatsApp-enabled
If you submit a message to a phone number that is not registered for testing, the platform will return a simulated response.
