WhatsApp is available on all our platform packages. Certain channel capabilities might only be available on the Interact and Transact packages.

 

What is WhatsApp?

As one of the most-used chat applications in the world, WhatsApp is the ideal chat channel to use for your business to see higher delivery, open and conversion rates.

The WhatsApp Business offering from Clickatell delivers ways for businesses to provide engaging, secure customer service and support experiences to their users globally on the world’s no.1 messaging channel. As an authorized WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, we will assist you in applying for your own WhatsApp Business account and number, and show you how to integrate with the other powerful features available on the Clickatell platform. 
 
Note: this is not to be confused with the WhatsApp Business app.
 
Clickatell’s Chat Commerce Platform enables advanced messaging functionality through access to the WhatsApp Business API as part of our own cloud-hosted platform, and currently allows up to 500 messages to be sent per second.
